CREATING Your OWN
A visionary is “a person with original ideas about what the future will or could be like”. We all have ideas, but many times we are only consumed by what we see. Our vision, while it gives the greatest motivation to succeed, also allows space for the most upsetting reality of failure. Here’s where I say STOP. Stop looking at what others are doing, stop listening to EVERY motivational message from media as Bible, stop believing that you can’t, stop saying what you don’t have, just STOP. When you take a moment to breathe you find comfort in knowing that so long as you are walking, jogging, or even crawling in your purpose you are okay.
When I’m feeling empty I ask God to fill that crater sized hole in my spirit that can only be filled by him--actually I started that today--but you can pick up what I’m putting down. Just ask without fear or doubt. Becoming is exactly this, it’s the process of getting from one state to another for the sake of your creative abilities. It is literally seeing your dream, your vision come to fruition. It’s a smile after you’ve worked all day. It’s the God view of good after he made the world and more importantly, after he made you to fit in this world.

THE POWER OF BEING BROKEN
The alarm clock goes off.
The sun gently kisses my face and my eyes pop open.
I spring out of bed and open the curtains so I can look at the world. All I can see are possibilities. I dance around from room to room singing the latest Beyonce hits. I take a quick look in the mirror and smile, because I have no doubt that it is going to be a great day!
8 hours later, I am paralyzed on my bed surrounded by tears. With a knife in my hand, I am begging for God to just let me die. I text my mother, “ I don't think I want to live.” and proceed to silence my phone.
So, what happened in those few hours?
